It directly replaces Continental 5WK97338A and integrates with the engine control system to provide a signal proportional to NOx concentration (current or voltage depending on application). The sensor is suitable for upstream installation to monitor raw engine-out NOx for precise SCR dosing and for downstream installation to verify NOx reduction across the catalyst.
