Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. For international shipments, please contact us directly at support@midwestheavyduty.com to discuss options.

Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx and SpeedyShip as our primary shipping carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping times are estimated to be 3-5 business days, depending on product availability and your location.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Additionally, we offer a free Click and Collect service, allowing you to pick up your order from our location at no cost.

Order Processing Time

Order processing times vary. Stocked items usually ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Non-stocked items and backorders are dependent on suppliers. For urgent items, please contact us prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided after shipment is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number via email to help you keep an eye on your shipment's progress. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your tracking number.

Click and Collect Service

We offer a Click and Collect service for customers who prefer to pick up their orders. This service is free of charge, and you will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please bring a valid form of ID and your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Sometimes parcels are lost or damaged in transit. Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of receipt of goods or reject the delivery entirely. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately at support@midwestheavyduty.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Additionally, certain products may be restricted from shipping due to legal regulations or carrier policies.
