Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Midwest Heavy Duty offers a limited warranty on certain products to ensure customer satisfaction. The warranty coverage varies by product and is subject to the specific warranty terms provided at the time of purchase. Please refer to the product documentation or our warranty claims page at mhd.com/warranty for detailed information on warranty coverage.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for each product is specified in the product documentation and begins on the date of delivery. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

What is Covered?

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Midwest Heavy Duty will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer.

What is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation. Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, and cosmetic damage are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty Claims Process

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@midwestheavyduty.com with your order details and a description of the issue. You may be required to provide photographs or additional information to process the claim. Once the warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement.

Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

For approved warranty claims, Midwest Heavy Duty will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective product. The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product to prevent further damage during transit. Please follow the shipping instructions provided during the warranty claim process.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product is no longer covered by warranty, we may still be able to offer repair services at a cost. Please contact us at support@midwestheavyduty.com for more information on out-of-warranty repair options.
