You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. All returned items must be in their original packaging, in unused condition, and include all original components.
Before shipping goods back to us, you must obtain return authorization. Please contact us at support@midwestheavyduty.com to receive a return authorization number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that unwanted items are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at support@midwestheavyduty.com. For warranty claims, please refer to our warranty claims page at mhd.com/warranty.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as clearance items or custom products. Please contact us if you have any questions about the eligibility of an item for return.
All exceptions to this returns policy are at the discretion of management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
