SKF DL Pinion Seals are manufactured with a dual lip design consisting of a radial and primary sealing lip. This double layer of protection provides a superior barrier to resist dirt and water contamination. A proprietary SKF coating called "Bore-Tite", is applied on the O.D. of the seal to eliminate oil leaks caused by scratches or minor imperfections in the housing bore.
