With a body length and width of 305 mm, an inlet O.D. of 336 mm, and an outlet O.D. of 317 mm, it matches the OE geometry for proper sealing and backpressure control. Designed for International 2008 TranStar applications equipped with DT466, DT530, DT570, and MaxxForce DT engines, the DPF-2008 installs as a direct replacement and includes the inlet gasket and mounting hardware to streamline service. Stainless-steel construction provides corrosion resistance and structural durability in harsh exhaust environments, supporting long service life under demanding fleet duty.

Emissions Performance and Serviceability

Engineered to OE standards, the DPF-2008 is designed to capture approximately 90% of particulate matter, helping reduce soot emissions while protecting downstream components. The substrate and canister are configured to support both passive and active regeneration strategies, maintaining fuel efficiency and consistent engine performance across varied duty cycles. Under normal operating conditions, routine cleaning is typically performed around every 200,000 km (124,000 mi) to sustain flow and efficiency.
