The Grote 64H81-5 is a heated 5x7 inch LED sealed beam headlight engineered for reliable performance in harsh weather. Operating on 12–30 VDC and using a standard H4 connector, it combines a robust die-cast aluminum housing with a hard‑coated, UV‑protected polycarbonate lens to resist impact and yellowing. The integrated heater activates automatically to clear snow and ice, and the assembly carries an IP67 rating for dust and water protection. It meets U.S. FMVSS 108 and Canadian CMVSS 108 for on-road compliance and serves as a direct replacement for compatible 5x7 halogen sealed beams wired with H4.

Output is 1550 lumens on high beam and 400 lumens on low beam, delivering consistent illumination while staying within regulated beam patterns. At 12 V, low beam draws 3.2 A (39 W) with heat on or 0.92 A (11 W) with heat off; high beam draws 4.5 A (54 W) with heat on or 2.7 A (32 W) with heat off. A dedicated parking function draws 0.09 A (3 W). The heated lens engages automatically to melt snow and ice in minutes, helping maintain beam performance in winter operations.
