The Grote 94421-5 is a 4 x 6 inch (100 x 165 mm) rectangular LED headlamp engineered specifically for low-beam applications in commercial and heavy-duty vehicles. Operating across 9–30 V, it supports both 12V and 24V electrical systems for fleet flexibility. With an effective output of 630 lumens and a low-beam pattern compliant to DOT FMVSS 108 (2A1), it is suitable for legal on-road use in all 4x6 systems. This model is low beam only (not a high/low combination). A standard 3‑pin H4 connector is provided, and an adapter is included to support vehicles with non‑standard wiring. VMRS: 034‑001‑151.

Built for harsh duty cycles, the headlamp uses a die‑cast aluminum housing with a black powder‑coated finish and a hard‑coated, UV‑resistant polycarbonate lens to resist cracking and yellowing. The IP67 ingress rating protects against dust and water intrusion for dependable performance in off‑highway, municipal, and on‑highway environments. Typical current draw is 1.39 A at 12 V and 0.61 A at 28 V, with a nominal power draw of 15 W (20 W max). The beam pattern is designed to enhance roadway detail and reduce driver eye fatigue over long shifts. Dimensions match the 4 x 6 sealed‑beam footprint for straightforward integration into existing buckets and bezels.
