The Grote 64J61-5 is a 4x6 (100 x 165 mm) sealed-beam LED low beam engineered for heavy-duty trucks and vocational equipment. It can be used on 12V and 24V electrical systems, fits industry-standard 4" x 6" housings, and utilizes an industry-standard H4 plug for a straightforward retrofit. Long-lasting LEDs outperform OEM halogen and incandescent bulbs in longevity, light output, and pattern, improving the driving experience by providing better detail and decreasing eye fatigue. The headlight uses a hard coated, UV protected, high impact resistant polycarbonate lens that resists cracking and yellowing, and it is DOT compliant and legal for all 4" x 6" systems.

Heated Lens for Winter Uptime

For cold-weather reliability, the heated function initiates automatically to melt snow and ice before it accumulates. Heated lens lamps are designed to melt snow and ice within minutes, helping maintain consistent beam performance and visibility in harsh conditions. This sealed-beam LED construction provides an upgrade path from halogen or HID lamps, reducing maintenance while supporting driver comfort and safety with a more uniform beam pattern.
